General Site Posting Guidelines
Please keep in mind the nature of the Forum's topic before you post to it:
- Attacks towards any forum member, Moderator, Admin, or Pretty3D Staff will not be tolerated.
- Anyone asking for 'warez' or otherwise pirated or stolen material will have their thread locked and their access to this site removed.
- Anyone offering 'warez' or otherwise pirated or stolen material will be banned, their access to this site removed and all appropriate legal action taken.
- Copyright infringements of any sort will not be tolerated. This includes the posting of copyrighted articles, images, textures etc.
- Illegal acts, accusations of illegal acts, or suggestions to commit an illegal act are not allowed on our forums and will be removed from public view, further action will be taken if necessary.
- Graphics attached to a post should adhere to the Gallery Conduct guidelines.
- As a courtesy to other merchants please do not use someone else's promotional thread to promote another product.
- Off-topic threads may be moved, modified or split at the discretion of the moderators and any such changes will be reported to the member who started the thread.
- SPAMming of the forum with off topic posts will have the posts removed and the user's account deactivated.
- Multiple threads on a single subject by a single individual may be considered as spam and be consolidated/deleted.
- Posting of private emails or Private Messages (PM's) without the original author's (or authors') permission is not allowed and all such posts will be removed. A warning will be issued. Ignoring the warning and continuing to do this will result in the user having their access to Pretty3D revoked.
- Posts considered to be attacks on personal beliefs/religion, sexual orientation, or those considered to be sexual harrassment will be locked or removed at the discretion of the Moderators/Admins. No further discussion will be allowed. After a thread is locked, any new threads created to continue the discussion will be removed and a warning issued. Continuance to do so will result in the member's access being removed.
- Posts in the 'Chicken Coop' are given more lattitude. However they will be subject to the this TOS. Open discussion on topics is encouraged, however this forum is still subject to the rules of this site.
- Anyone caught posting a link to any file containing a virus, Trojan, or other harmful payload will have their post removed and their access revoked.
- Anyone caught posting a link that leads a member to pornography (i.e.: 'porn spam'), or any other sort of questionable material, whether a download or website will have their post removed and their access revoked.
- Anyone attempting to 'hack' or otherwise disrupt the normal functioning of this forum will have their access revoked.

Nudity, Violance, Child Image Guidelines
Members and users are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is constructive and respectful of others at all times. Additionally, we would hope that each member/user would do their best to facilitate a culture of collaboration and positive reinforcement, so that we can all share our passion for art while realizing our personal ambitions, and developing friendships.
Nudity / Violance Guidelines
- No Rape (actual or implied)
- No Torture [defined as: the infliction of intense pain (as from burning, crushing, wounding, crucifixion) to punish, coerce, or afford sadistic pleasure]
- No Sexual acts [no depictions of sexual intercourse - between humanoids/non-humanoids/animals - no masturbation]
- No Physical arousal [This includes but is not exclusive to: no images of an erect penis/ no images showing the inner portion of the vulva or vaginal area]
- No Explicit sexual content [No manipulation of breasts/nipples/ no sexual situations/ no `implied` sexual acts/ no extreme or explicit S&M bondage situations/ no lewd or obscene sexual references]
- No Genital contact with ANY object, other than sitting or clothing.
- No character attacks, which could be interpreted as defamation of character, slander, and libelous.
- No more bloody scenes.
- No broken off organs.
- No photos of dead people.
Child Image Guidelines
- No Child Nudity: Images of children or characters resembling children (including teens, pre adolescent, child like fairies and other imaginary figures) under 18 years of age, depicting nudity are no longer permitted.
- No child nudity of any kind which includes exposed chest on females, buttocks or genitals.
- No images in which characters under the age of 18 give the appearance of having no clothes.
- No use of: transparent clothes, blurring of nude areas, or the use of `blots` or `Censored` wording or props to cover areas that are otherwise not clothed.
- No depictions of young humanoid characters/children giving the appearance of being under the age of 18 displayed in erotic, seductive, provocative poses or context.
Babies in diapers will be allowed. Toddlers fall under the child nudity section.
Since age is difficult to identify with 3D images, this will be at the discretion of the Pretty3D team.
Gender that is questionable on an image with an exposed chest will be removed from the gallery at the discretion of the Pretty3D team.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
The Administrators of this website (referred to hereafter
as (website name) are owned and operated by (your name) The website is open for membership to individuals
of (all ages). Membership of the website is conditional upon acceptance and compliance with the terms,
conditions, notices and disclaimers contained in this document and elsewhere on the website. The submission
of the online membership application constitutes the members acceptance of the Terms of Use. Since the
member is bound by these Terms of Use, the member should periodically refer to them here. Administration
reserves the right to vary the Terms of Use, specifications, rates, rewards, rules and terms and conditions
of any element of the website facilities at any time without notice.

Conditions of Membership
The Adminstrator reserves the right to terminate the membership
of individuals who violate the following conditions of membership: An individual may only apply for one
membership. Each email address can only belong to one member. The member must not send unsolicited email
(SPAM) to strangers to promote the website. An individual must not join nor use the website on
behalf of another individual. The member must inform the Administrator of any change in the members personal
details, including email address. This can be done through the Profile page on the website.
Any other reason deemed inappropriate in the reasonable opinion of website Administration. Administration
also reserves the right to terminate the membership of any individual without cause or reason.

Communication Facilities
The website contains electronic bulletin boards,
chat rooms and other communication facilities which provide for feedback by members to administration,
real-time interaction between members and other electronic messaging and notice services (referred to
hereafter as Communication Facilities). It is a condition of your use of any Communication Facility and
your access to the Network that you do not do any of the following: restrict or inhibit any other member
from using or enjoying any chat room, post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory,
obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane or indecent information or material of any kind, including without
limitation any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offence,
give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable law, post or transmit any material of any
kind which violates or infringes upon the rights of any other person, including material which is an
invasion of any privacy or publicity rights or which is protected by copyright, trademark or any other
proprietary right, or derivative works with respect thereto, without first obtaining permission from the
owner or relevant right holder, post or transmit any material of any kind which contains a virus or other
harmful component, post, transmit or in any way exploit any material of any kind for commercial purposes,
or which contains any promotional material or advertising. Violations of these terms relating to
Communication Facilities may result in a penalty, a suspension from posting in the forum, or
cancellation of your membership. Administration may from time to time monitor or review the contents of
its Communication Facilities. While Administration reserves its right to edit, refuse to post or to remove
any information and/or materials (in whole or in part) that in Administrators sole discretion is in any way
objectionable or in violation of any applicable law or the Terms of Use, Administration has no
obligation whatsoever to monitor any Communication Facility or to edit, delete or refuse to post such
contents, nor is Administration responsible for any contents in any Communication Facilities. You expressly
acknowledge and agree that the Communication Facilities provide a means of public and not private communications.
Administration reserves the right to cooperate fully with any law enforcement authority in any jurisdiction
in respect of any lawful direction or request to disclose the identity or other information in respect of

induced by any representation by Administration and Administration makes no warranty or representation as
to, the results that may be obtained through membership of the service, the accuracy, reliability or
otherwise of any information obtained through membership of the service, the financial or other rewards
which may be obtained through membership of the service, the service or network being uninterrupted,
timely or error free, the goods and/or services purchased or obtained through the service or network,
including goods and/or services offered by third party advertisers, except where expressly indicated.

The member releases Administration and its officers,

the members use of or inability to use the administration Network, the quality of goods and/or services
purchased by the member, any dispute with a supplier of goods and/or services.
